They develop cutting-edge products for various public and private sector clients. They are currently looking for a talented .NET Developer (C#, MVC, SQL, ASP.NET) to join their busy team in central Oxford. The C# / .NET Developer will play a key part in developing solutions for innovative SMEs and global companies, and will have the chance to work with a variety of modern technologies including the Microsoft .NET stack including ASP.NET, C#, MVC and SQL.

The .NET Developer will be working on projects for clients developing custom object-oriented software. As a part of a dedicated team you will also be involved in devising specific requirements and implementation plans for vital projects. If you have experience as a Software Developer and have experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript or jQuery then this new .NET Developer role could be for you. My client are passionate about technology and about creating state-of-the-art software solutions who are now looking for like-minded individuals who enjoy working with large datasets.

Experience required by the Software Engineer / ASP.NET Developer:

           .NET Framework ASP.Net - MVC, C#, Web Forms

           JavaScript including jQuery and client-side web app frameworks

           databases & SQL - Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL

           mobile app development - web, iOS and Android

Desirable (not required) experience in the Front End includes:

           HTML5, CSS

           JavaScript and JQuery

           Working in multidisciplinary teams (including UX designers and front-end developers)

           Experience with Agile practices such as SCRUM or Kanban

As well as a strong technical background in backend .NET development, the Software Engineer will require a positive attitude. This includes a proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job whilst contributing your own ideas to the team!
