Senior Support Analyst - Inverurie, Aberdeen, Scotland - Up to £45000

FRG have been contacted by a MS Gold Partner with roots in Aberdeen to cover a Senior Support Analyst Vacancy in Inverurie.

The role will involve tackling challenges and providing a much more advanced support role. Given the Seniority of the role, you would be expected to cover some mentoring of the junior team along with some task delegation.

This is one of the UK's leading Digital Enterprise suppliers, recently gaining funding to supply support for its departments in technologies within Dynamics, Azure, Microsoft Power BI and Citrix.

This what is required however when you are providing standby, elite taskforce style support to the UK Manufacturing, Public Service, Automotive and Oil industries.

If you are looking for a challenge then this is the role for you. The pressure might be high but you will find yourself regularly analysing the support and effectivity covering the input and output of these industries.

As a result, the company are willing to invest in your development and provide the financial backing to make sure that these plates keep spinning.

What YOU need to have:

Experience with:

* Windows Servers - 2003, 2008, 2012 and 2016 (support and admin).

* SQL Server (Support and Admin)

* vmWare

* Policy Management

* Experience with Skype Conferencing and the confidence to handle important companywide issues via video call.

* SharePoint experience across an organisation

* Experience with Back Up Technologies such as Commvault or Backup Exec.

* DNS and DHCP skills

* Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, D365, CRM and AX

This company would also be on the lookout for candidates with experience in JIRA ServiceDesk, ITIL Certification and Networking Knowledge (Cisco, VPN, ASA and Firewall Support)
