Are you a Quality Manager with TS16949 experience, looking for a senior role where you will shape your own department, and implement the latest quality standards within a leading supplier of the automotive industry?

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of 8 highly skilled quality engineers and laboratory technicians, as well as being responsible for taking skills training and coaching the development of quality department personnel.

In this role you will be responsible for the site's compliance and implementing TS16949 policies and procedures. You will be managing a team of laboratory and quality personnel, setting their objectives to improve their efficiency, as well as liaising with customers on all quality issues.

This role would suit a Quality Manager from an automotive background, looking for a senior role where you will step up and shape your department with future progression opportunities.

- Compliance with ISO/TS16949 policies and procedures

- Management of laboratory/quality personnel

- Coaching and skills development of quality department employees
