Head of Change - Energy/ Utilities

Head of Change - Energy/ Utilities is required to join a rapidly growing Utility supplier in the Midlands on a permanent basis. The role offers a salary of circa £90,000 plus benefits and the chance to join the senior management team of a massively exciting enterprise with an established name within the Utilities industry.

Essential skills:

* Strong, proactive, driven leader with a proven ability to really drive change

* Proven ability to manage multiple big programmes

* Great communication skills, capable of communicating clearly and succinctly to all levels of the organisation

* Energy industry experience (retail preferable)

Day to day role:

As Head of Change you will be responsible for taking full control of the change function, leading a PMO to deliver all projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement activity. You will work across the organisation, developing and embedding change governance for project and change systems and processes whilst also operating with Directors to ensure that strategic aims are met.
