Technical Analyst

A global insurance brokerage looking for an exceptional Technical Analyst to join their growing team.

In this role you will lead cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects, identifying and validating the key business requirements.

Analyse and model the business requirements creating effective work-flows and technical requirements in current and future desired state.

Evaluate potential software solutions, including off-the-shelf and open source components, and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements.

Required Skills:

BABOK Methodologies

An understanding of underwriting

Knowledge of Scrum and/or XP, Lean and Kanban

Proficient Knowledge of Visio and MS Project or other Software Development Desirable
