JavaScript Developer, Front End, HTML5, AngularJS, Node.js, React An innovative, Bath-based software house requires an experienced JavaScript Developer / Front end Developer, to join their dedicated team and take the lead on front end development during a phase of growth and expansion.  Working within an enjoyable and supportive working environment, the JavaScript Developer / Front End Developer will be developing a variety of market-leading software products - web, desktop and mobile - as part of a cross-functional team.The OpportunityBased in the beautiful centre of historic Bath, my client is well-established and well-known, offering the JavaScript Developer / Front End Developer a relaxed, yet focused environment, as they develop market-leading software for use within the sport and leisure industry.  Mirroring their industry which is one of rapid growth, expansion and innovation, the JavaScript Developer / Front End Developer will work within a collaborative and supportive Agile environment that offers excellent prospects for career advancement, as my client is committed to staff development and training, offering both direct courses and access to Pluralsight.What do I need?As a front end-focussed JavaScript Developer / Front End Developer, you're likely to have excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of technologies, but key areas for the JavaScript Developer / Front End Developer position include:

- Solid experience of building responsive interfaces using HTML5 and CSS

- Experience with JavaScript, AJAX or JQuery'

- xperience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Node.j and React

- Experience of working with Rest APIs

- A good understanding of API design and documentation, for example, Swagger/OpenAPI 3.0 would be advantageous, as would the ability to use CI tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo
