Paid Media Executive

HP|konnect has a great opportunity for a Paid Media Executive to join a growing, fast pace online company. The Primary responsibility or this unique role is to develop key functions within the marketing team within the paid search, paid social and digital display.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with conversion specialist to leverage high-value landing pages, improve PPC conversion rate and drive traffic ensuring highest ROI is achieved

- Manage and optimise display, search and paid social campaigns.

- Use data analyses to continually optimise tactics to achieve desired KPIs (Pax, Gross Margin, ROI, Revenue, Engagement)

- Be able to create reports and aggregates data into actionable insights that help drive business performance.

- Participate in the development of annual digital media strategy and budget, business forecasts, and cost recovery tracking.

- Educate internal stakeholders regarding digital acquisition and retention.

- Particular focus on the ability to leverage audience data to create impactful media plans that drive conversion.

Skills:

- 2-4 years’ experience within the optimisng display, search and paid social campaigns.

- Highly numerate and date driven.

- Key communicator and willing to work within a team.
