Job Title - Senior Developer / Senior Programmer / Property CRM Developer

Location: Candidate can be based anywhere in the UK

They are looking for an experienced CRM developer for their property CRM. The role involves bespoke development of the CRM system, user functionalities, front-end user interfaces as per the project plan. You will be working with our Head of IT & project managers to complete development within the scheduled project timelines.

Technical skill set:

- PHP 5.x

- Mysql 5.x

- jQuery / UI Design

- HTML 5 with CSS 3.0

- MVC Programming Paradigm

- Technical documentation

Experience:

1) 3-5+ years work-experience in relevant field (LAMP based software development)

2) Experience in development of property CRM / estate agency sales or lettings CRM is preferable

3) Prompt & excellent communication & reporting skills.

4) At least 8-10 hours a day availability / 45+ hours per week

5) Ability to complete development within the specified timelines
