Who am I working with?

I am working with an industry leading organisation in the retail industry who are looking to recruit a Web Developer to join their team. They are enjoying a period of substantial growth and are recruiting smart to keep up with extra demand and exciting projects as the organisation's headcount gets bigger. They are passionate about IT and invest very well in to their development teams.

What are they looking for?

They are looking to add to their development team. They are searching for a Web Developer with strong C#/ .NET experience and with good skills across both server and web development. They have many exciting internal projects and are looking to use more innovative and the latest technologies to improve efficiency across the business. The ideal candidate will have skills in the following:

* .NET/ C# development

* SQL Server

* HTML/ CSS

* Experience working the finance industry is desirable

They are looking for someone with good commercial experience who can hit the ground running but has the potential to learn from more senior developers. The environment is professional but relaxed and working as both an individual and as part of a team is expected.
