I am currently seeking an experienced change professional to join one of the UK's leading banks One Ledger programme within Group Transformation.

The successful candidate will be working on an initiative to implement a new, cloud based, ledger which will be delivered and provided by Oracle fusion.

The job will require the individual to look at all requirements within the operating model workstream, evaluating change processes which will be fit for purpose in the new ledger, and how fusion will work front to back.

Candidate expectations:

* Strong Business Analyst - experience of full project lifecycle

* Self starter - must be able to work under own initiative

* Finance Experience essential

* Experience of any one of the following preferred:

o Cost Ledger Processing (AP / AR / FA)

o Process Mapping / Visio flow charting

o Process Modelling / Oracle Fusion

* Previous experience within finance ledger implementations, transformations or migrations would be ideal

* Need to have strong stakeholder management; will be requirement to speak to the wider business and project managers, as well as the programmes key stakeholders
