Role - Project Manager Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 plus benefits Location - London PERMANENT  My client, with multiple offices across the UK is looking for a Project Manager to join their London office and project manage their London site. This is a permanent role for an experienced individual that has extensive experience managing 3 key areas: 1. the Client 2. the Programme 3. the Budget  Responsibilities will include: 

'€¢Reviewing order acceptance review with Sales'€¢Attending Pre-start meeting with Contractor'€¢Attending Project Handover meeting with Maxwood team from Sales to Contracts Team and taking overall responsibility for project'€¢Deep dive into project to identify risks, challenges, opportunities, commercial or scope queries'€¢Identify key tasks and responsibilities with project team and assign accordingly with DM / DT using project tracker 

AND 

'€¢Hold deep dive meeting with DM to understand project, scope requirements and lead-times'€¢Schedule and hold Design meeting with M/C and Architect with DM to kick off design process'€¢Gain an in depth understanding of design and product being delivered'€¢Carry out 1^st Issue Design drawings review prior to being issued to client'€¢Work with DM to issue samples / technical submissions for approval'€¢Attend co-ordination and design meetings with M/C, Architect, and other trades during design'€¢Identify mocks ups required with DM'€¢Issuing clear surveys for each phase of project in accordance with Ropeweaver and survey protocol.

AND

'€¢Monthly review and updates of project budget'€¢Procure and agree installation package to be on a fixed price with IC
