Manual Tester / QA Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Manual Tester / QA Analyst to join a friendly financial software vendor near St. Paul's in London. This company designs, develops, and sells trading systems to clients in the financial sector.

This manual QA Analyst will work in a friendly London office, conveniently based near St. Paul's, and you'll join an agile team which consists of testers, developers, product owners, and a scrum master. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering new features to one of the company's front office trading systems.

As a QA Analyst, your day to day responsibilities will include:

* use case review

* test planning

* writing test specifications

* test execution

As a QA Analyst, you will ideally have the following skills/experience:

* Experience testing complex software systems

* Database knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle)

* Exposure to XML

* Experience with FIX Protocol (desirable)

* Experience testing financial / trading software (desirable)
