Service Desk Analyst
A global Asset Management Firm are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team located in Edinburgh on a permanent basis.
You will provide a seamless Service Desk function, responding to IT-related problems efficiently and courteously.
You will ensure consistent service to business areas. More specifically, you will be the first point of contact for those with IT issues. You will log the calls and escalate where necessary. You will have the opportunity to input your own ideas of how to improve the Service Desk into the business.
Ideally, you will have experience with Cherwell Service Management systems, and familiarity with ITIL.
