Agile Scrum Master - (SharePoint/JIRA)

A large midlands based organisations is looking for an experienced Scrum master or Agile lead with a strong technical background to join their team. They should experience in setting up, administering and acting as a power user of JIRA & Confluence.

The team are moving to a more Agile:Scrum way of working and are looking to move away

Scrum Master Requirements

- 5+ Year's experience as a Scrum Master

- Testing Experience

- Certified

- Experience with working in teams that are moving to scrum from more traditional waterfall approach

- Technical Background with experience of SharePoint & JIRA

- Able to facilitate and coach 2 scrum teams each with around 4/5 members

Ideally:

- Midlands Based

- Dynamics Experience
