My fashion retail client is looking for a marketing manager to lead a new business within an established award winning online retailer. An Ideal role for an entrepreneurial, digital marketeer with proven experience, who will develop and execute a strategy to grow a fashion focused online retail business. We want a candidate with an entrepreneurial mind-set who can develop and implement 'best in class' campaigns and can think outside the box Requirements:

The Role:

*Management and full commercial accountability for a newly launched Fashion focused website. Driving the growth of sales via a social media focused marketing strategy. *Develop and execute highly measurable digital marketing campaigns with responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing. *Manage and identify new influencer and blogger partnerships to include affiliate agreements, brand collaborations and cross promotion. *Responsibility for tracking conversion rates, improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website *Building and managing a team to deliver the sales growth

The Ideal Candidate:

*Passion for Fashion - Take a keen interest in the fashion market. Digital & Marketing experience in a women's fashion e-commerce environment is favourable *Proven experience working on commercial social media campaigns, Paid Social - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube - retargeting, prospecting, brand awareness, revenue driving and social growth campaigns. *Experience of developing and scaling Influencer and collaboration campaigns successfully *Strong commercial understanding of social reporting metrics and experience in presenting social ROI reports. *Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. including paid search, SEO, email marketing and Affiliate programmes. *Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work to targets
