Cost Administrator

Are you a Cost Administrator looking to join an international and industry leading company who look after their employees and focus on company culture?

You will play a key role within the existing team in a role offering good working hours and stability within a blue chip company.

This is a UK leading retailer looking to continue in their expansion both in the UK and overseas. They are looking for a Cost Administrator within their property team to monitor, review and analyse all costs for works being undertaken by the Maintenance Department.

This will suit an ambitious candidate looking to join a company that looks after their employees and has a great reputation in the industry.

The Role:

- Monitor, review, analyse and control costs for works being undertaken by the Maintenance Department in both the UK and Europe

-Audit claims ensuring that they are accurate and appropriate in accordance with schedule of rates and contracts

-Assist with the procurement of maintenance works within Europe

The Person:

- Strong administrative background

-You will ideally have direct experience within Cost Administration - Retail, Shop-Fitting OR Maintenance environments preferable

-Ideally from a QS background or similar but this is not essential

-Within a commutable distance of Rochdale
