My client is looking for bright, ambitious people to join their growing Dynamics CRM consulting team. You may be a recent graduate lucky enough to have worked some time hands-on with Dynamics CRM, or you might already be working with Dynamics CRM in a functional/technical role. Either way, if you are looking to step up to a consulting role, find more variety, or take more responsibility, this could be the role for you.

They are a long-standing Microsoft Gold Partner, and the 'go to' partner in their field. They are looking to hire a number of CRM consultants to help them deliver Dynamics CRM solutions to an expanding customer base. These roles offer substantial opportunities for personal development within multi-disciplinary teams working in a fast-paced, vibrant, rewarding work environment. They strongly buy into the concept of continuous learning and will support you to achieve industry a recognised Dynamics CRM professional accreditation and develop your profile within the Microsoft 'ecosystem'.

Customers like the way they engage with the business and interact with end users to ensure that what they deliver is what they need, not some off the shelf solution. You will be the kind of person who enjoys working with and alongside customers, and you will be equally happy spending time on site with customers' staff and off-site working on configuration and customisation of the solution. They have transitioned their business to the cloud, which means they are flexible in terms of where they work and how they organise as a team, using tools like Skype for Business, Yammer and SharePoint to stay in touch and share knowledge.

No matter whether you have just a little experience working with Dynamics CRM or strong skills and good experience, they will welcome the chance to talk to you some more about what they can offer you and what you can bring to them.

Key skills

Some knowledge of configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and 2015, gained as a system admin or in a functional/technical role

The ability to organise your own time and resources

Good listening/communication skills

Confidence when it comes to presenting ideas to your peer group, or a solution to a customer

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely on paper

A problem-solving attitude

The ability to manage customers' expectations

A strong work ethic, energy, and an ability to maintain a high level of performance and a high standard of work under time pressure

A good academic degree

Additional desirable skills:

Knowledge of Office 365 products

JavaScript / SQL
