Support Analyst, 2nd line, Desktop, Server This newly-created Support Analyst position would suit either an "all-rounder" with experience of both desktop and server support, keen to further their experience and work on a variety of projects, or a less-experienced candidate, keen to develop their experience in the area of servers/networking.  Either way, the Support Analyst will be joining a highly-successful company, during a period of growth and transformationThe RoleThe Support Analyst will be joining a leading pharmaceutical services company, the subject of a recent acquisition.  In a varied and highly-visible role, the Support Analyst will provide a true support service to approximately 200 users in a state of the art facility on Milton Park, covering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line desktop support, together with server and network administration as my client looks to transition away from 3rd party support contracts.This position would suit an energetic, enthusiastic, technically curious Support Analyst, with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, coupled with a "can-do" attitude!What do I need?My client is keen to find a Support Analyst with skills/experience in as many of the following areas as possible.  Due to their working within a highly-regulated environment and industry, any experience gained within a similarly regulated environment would be looked upon favourably:

'€¢1st/2nd line user/desktop support, in Microsoft technologies such as Windows 10 and Office 2013'€¢Server support experience, ideally including Windows 2008/2012 and Active Directory'€¢Experience of virtualised technologies, ideally VMWare'€¢Basic networking skills (Cisco, HP)'€¢Basic telephony skills'€¢An interest in, or experience of, carrying out project work
