CAD Technician (Construction/Structural)

Excellent opportunity on offer for a CAD technician to join a prestigious restoration company where you will play a key role and have the opportunity for future career progression.

Are you proficient in the use of CAD and have experience within the Construction/ Structural industry?

Established for over 30 years, this prestigious company specialise in the restoration, repair and conversions of high end residential buildings. Due to a continuous increase in workload this stable company are looking for an additional CAD Technician to join their small, but growing team.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the design manager and liaising with the design team, architects and clients. You will need to manage compliance checks against the specifications and client requirements. As part of this role you will need to attend pre construction design development meetings and you will need to rectify any design issues pre and during the construction phase.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a CAD technician from a construction background to come on board to support the Design manager and the design team.

The Role:

* CAD Technician

* Assisting the design Manager

* Attending pre construction meetings and liaising with architects

* £30,000-£40,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Pension + Excellent benefits

The Person:

* Must be from a structural/ Construction or Civil background

* Must be looking to progress
