Graduate and Junior .NET Developers welcome in Crewe

I'm working with a Digital Agency in Crewe who are always keen to speak with fresh graduates and Junior Developers - infact all of their senior management team and technical leads joined them as graduates - so there is ample proof of progression for you here.

You can learn new things with them - in fact they use the opportunity of new projects to upskill people and get them learning, rather than get a contractor in. So whether it's C#, ASP.NET MVC, Angularjs, Umbraco or even a random bit of Magento - you'll learn it here, which will keep your mind fresh everyday.

You'll have a manager sit down with you every 3 months to go through your personal development plan - this could be a chance to review salary, talk about what kind of projects you need help with at the time, or just a general chat about your wellbeing - whatever you want out of it, it's your chance to talk to the people in the business who have an impact on your future.

You'll be working in a funky office too, where they've got an office dog roaming around and a really cool interior design - as you'd expect from a digital agency!

Salary will depend on experience, but will range from £20,000 to £30,000 depending on your level of experience - and what training you'll need.
