Change Managers (Finance Change & O365 rollout)

We are looking for Change Managers (Finance Change & O365 rollout) to work for one of the world's most prestigious retailers based in London.
The ideal Change Managers (Finance Change & O365 rollout) will have experience of either finance transformations, Office 365 rollouts or GDPR. There are multiple roles (including analysts) that need to be aligned with the aforementioned workstreams.
For the FINANCE TRANSFORMATIION - change role, we would be looking for people with finance change experience and ideally working as part of an Oracle EBS implementation experience. This is a more senior Change Management type role.
For the OFFICE 365 change role -
- It will be really critical to understand the audiences needs to use the technology and to really drive the change champion network to adopt it - this is a hands-on role and it may be for example, that we ask our analyst to spend time with areas already using O365 to check on how they are using it, whether it has embedded fully and support improvements;
- They will need to own and deliver the communications plan for the project
- They will also support in creating any further learning materials and learning delivery as part of the approach. We are not doing big chunks of technology training but may look to design some 'lunch and learn' 30-60 minute style sessions that could be adopted when we move to a business wide rollout;
