Desktop Support Analyst, VIP SupportThe RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work as a Desktop Support Analyst, supporting the Senior Executives for a global company. The Desktop Support Analyst will focus on providing the highest possible level of service, over the phone and face to face. They will be responsible for fixing 1st and 2nd line issues and also making sure any other technical issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.The CompanyThe company in question are a global giant in their field.
