Oracle Developer required. Our client is looking for a Oracle Developer to start immediately. You must have the following essential skills Essential Skills/Experience

'€¢Data modelling experience (ability  to normalise data relationships and design a logical data model) '€¢Data analysis experience gained from projects of similar nature, such as data warehousing/ Datamart/ BI projects'€¢In-depth experience of managing and interrogating large datasets using SQL.  Ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret different data to derive insight and drive decision making'€¢Ability to translate logical data models into physical data models'€¢Experience of designing and de-normalising a logical data model

 Desired Skills/Experience Specific to Role

'€¢Oracle experience'€¢Experience with ETL tools'€¢Experience of Dimensional Data Modelling'€¢Advanced Excel (including lookups and pivot tables)

 Useful Additional Skills

'€¢Basic Unix commands.'€¢Unix Shell Scripting, Python or Perl development Experience'€¢Experience in PL/SQL'€¢Exposure to Scrum/Agile delivery methodologies'€¢Pensions or Insurance experience would be highly advantageous
