RICS Building Surveyor/ BS / Building Surveyor / Chartered Building SurveyorPERMANENTRICS Building Surveyor/ BS / Building Surveyor / Chartered Building Surveyor is required for an UK-Wide organisation working across multiple sectors including but not limited to Construction, Commercial, Education and Health. The focus of the position will be centred around an opportunity in a progressive company in order to develop and build on current knowledge within a successful nationwide organisation with the capability to deliver reliable advice from a solid base of qualified and experienced surveyors.Location: Leeds also commutable from Huddersfield, Wakefield, Pontefract, Barnsley, Wetherby, Bradford.Salary: £35,000-£37,000 depend on individual experience plus benefits such as a company car and pension scheme.Interviews: are being held from the Friday 6^{th October}, this will be one stage interview process with the Commercial Director and Associate Director.The role: The RICS Building Surveyor/ BS / Building Surveyor / Chartered Building Surveyor role will be a mostly focussed on general building surveying including dilapidation, condition and acquisition surveys.
