CLOUD ENGINEER: (AWS, LINUX, CHEF/ANSIBLE, JENKINS, RUBY/PYTHON)

The work location is in London and is a 9 month contract. Pay Rate is 525-600 Per Day.

Working for a client on the forefront of a major Digital Change.

Candidate must be willing and eligible to undergo SC Clearance

Must Have Essential Key skills & Background:

Key Skills and Experience:

* AWS Cloud certified (or equivalent experience greater than 2 years) in either Developer , Associate or SysOps Administrator - Associate;

* Strong background in building out AWS cloud infrastructure;

* Linux (RHEL/RedHat 7);

* Automation of infrastructure provisioning and management (Chef, Jenkins Knowledge);

* Scripting in Ruby/Python; and

* Experience with DevOps methodology and Continuous Delivery models

Job Responsibilities:

* Delivering a specific new AWS Service or feature from the Cloud Roadmap;

* Delivering the required agreed build activities defined in the planned sprints;

* Developing automated scripts and code to integrate multiple infrastructure components;

* Automating the configuration and provisioning of environments through CD/CI tooling;

* Designing and developing automation workflows for testing of new services

* Performing unit tests on all built services;

* Conducting reviews to make sure work is rigorously well designed;

* Building Cloud Service solutions within various environments against agreed principles and standards
