This hugely successful FinTech - an international Payments company - has created a new role for an experienced, technically proficient, Information Security Analyst to join their Information Security team. Reporting to an Information Security Manager, this position has a lot of scope and potential to see you expand your skills and knowledge, in a fast-paced environment, for an award-winning company that has seen a 30% growth in the last year alone.

Information Security Analyst - the role:

This position will see you working in a varied role, assisting in the maintenance of the company's security policies, standard and procedures, together with their long-standing ISO27001 certification and Information Security Management System.

You will be taking ownership of the controls for the ISMS and IS testing tools (such as OWASP, Nessus, SonarQube, Chechmarx), conducting vulnerability assessments.

Other duties include audit work, security incident management, and generally maintaining a strong security awareness across the company. More details available on application.

Information Security Analyst - the person:

The client is keen to secure an IS Analyst with a technical background; someone who has the skills and ability to work with a range of Information Security tools, in terms of configuration and knowing how the tools work and interact with the wider networking and infrastructure environment. Other experience covers:

- An information security certification, such as CISM, CISA, or CISSP

- Working to ISO/27001 / IEC or similar

- Remediating vulnerability assessments

- Compliance audit work

- Technical experience of networking and infrastructure services

- Vulnerability scanning tools

- Strong, all-round problem-solving skills
