Technical Support Analyst

My client are looking to recruit a Technical Support Analyst to join their customer facing support team.

The Primary role is to provide remote support and technical assistance for customers, clients and 3rd parties on a variety of systems and web based technology. This entails mainly working on a remote basis, over the phone, and via email remotely diagnosing problems and communicating solutions effectively and providing our clients with the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities and Duties

* To be the first point of contact for technical support to our customers.

* Assist internal and external colleagues with technical advice on IT systems

* To be technically competent across multiple systems and online platforms providing live support during events and virtual conferences

* Troubleshoot and diagnose connection issues, monitoring networks, and telephony

Key Skills:

* Team player and good strong clear communicator.

* Self-motivated and results driven.

* The ability to prioritise tasks and escalate as necessary.

* Technical exposure to Networking, SQL Database, Microsoft products, email exchange, patching, virtual meeting tech, conferencing equipment, Adobe Connect

* Effectively manage your own time, workload and resources.
