An established software vendor are seeking a Technical Trainer to join their team in Reading. If you have technical training development and delivery experience, then you may be the Trainer we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Technical Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering both internal and external training on a variety of products and systems. You'll have the ability to co-ordinate training including scheduling, highlighting shortfalls and over-commitments. In addition to this, you'll set up, test and utilise training environments whilst working with global management to implement and deliver training requirements.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Technical experience of telephony and networks

* Experience in facilitation of presentations and/or workshops on technical subjects

* Technical writing experience and/or formal course writing skills

Although not an essential requirement of the role, if you have experience of creating web based training or of video editing software for the creation of training, then this may benefit your application.
