We are looking to recruit someone with a great attitude and a passion for IT systems. You will work with the Technical Architect and assist in setting up and provide support for web-based services.

Role description:

Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.

Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues

Create and maintain documentation

Assist in configuring and maintaining all software applications for consistent use

Test IT systems prior to release

Assist with implementing changes to system configuration as a result of Change Requests

Carry out a range of tasks to support the Technical Architect

Have an interest in IT, networking and IT infrastructures would really assist the successful applicant

To participate in staff development, appraisal and training as appropriate, including continuous professional development

Provide assistance in setting up web-based services

Provide assistance in setting up the IT Infrastructure
