They provide more than 140 systems for the group worldwide in their strategic SAP Hosting Cloud. With occasional international travel, the role will involve interdisciplinary teamwork in an agile and innovative working environment, using smart and future-orientated technologies.

Working with the SAP lifecycle from implementation to end of life, you will:

- Troubleshoot using root cause analysis techniques;

- Provide technical support and leadership on SAP Basis systems including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements and implementing solutions for performance monitoring and system configuration;

- Introduce technical changes into the SAP environment using a structured approach that minimises risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance;

- Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces.

YOUR PROFILE

For this interesting and exciting position within an international company, you will have:

- SAP administration experience in a production support environment;

- Knowledge of ITIL processes;

- A structured and goal-orientated way of working;

- Strong teamwork and communication skills;

- An affinity for new technologies and trends;

- German language skills (desirable but not essential).
