We are urgently looking for a forensic claims consultant with a planning background for a large main contractor. You would be working across multiple commercial/residential projects in central London based out of their office. The client is looking for an immediate start and potential to interview later this week.
Project values generally between £20m - £100m.
You will need;
- Experience working on commercial/office and residential projects
- Extensive claims and delay analysis experience
- Extensions of time experience
- 10+ years planning experience
Rate;
£550pd (negotiable dependant on experience)
