The Agency are looking for a proven track record in Line Management and Marketing Strategy to head up the PPC, SEO, Analytics and Marketing teams on a permanent basis this side of Christmas.Your responsibilities will primarily focus on all Digital Marketing activity focusing on the brand and business development as well as growing the Marketing team. Key skills such as SEO, PPC, Social Media and Web Management will be the centre of what your direct reports will focus on with the an expansion strategy over the next 12 months.The team itself are a relaxed, family orientated bunch looking for a Lead to hit the ground running and get stuck in with the role which has been offered. The role is offering a negotiable salary dependant on experience with a number of benefits as well as having the opportunity to work up to board level in the business.Key Responsibilities include;-Marketing and Digital Marketing strategy- Line Management of a team of 15+

- Proven track record in Exceeding KPIs and ROIs
- 5+ years in a Marketing/Digital Marketing background
