Lotus Notes to Share point Migration Consultant

* Minimum 8-12 yrs of hands-on experience on collaboration platforms - IBM Lotus Notes Domino and Microsoft SharePoint

* Experience in leading requirement gathering workshops, requirement documentation and functional understanding

* Excellent communication and analytical skills, local french language skills (read, write, speak)

* Should be able to understand and analyze existing IBM Lotus Notes Domino applications and lead migration of these applications to Sharepoint 2016/ Sharepoint Online

* Good understanding and experience in JavaScript frameworks like react.js, Node.js, angular js, good understanding of SharePoint framework based development

* Ability to analyze Lotus Notes application functionality and share understanding with SharePoint team, including agents, scripts, security aspects.

* Experience in migrating from IBM Lotus Notes to Sharepoint, Sharepoint 2007 /2010 to Sharepoint 2016 / Sharepoint Online

* Ability to develop quick pilots/proof of concepts

* Excellent communication skills with ability to connect with stakeholders at customer accounts

* Experience in SharePoint Designer Workflows

* Experience in ASP.NET / C# .NET / HTLM / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery / REST / OData

* Experience in using Visual Studio & Microsoft Team Foundation Services

* Understanding of Lotus Notes data migration tools like DELL-Quest etc. and Sharepoint migration tools like Metalogix etc.

* Experience of SharePoint Server Side and Client Side Object Model

* Experience in leading team, providing best practices, helping resolve technical issues
