Developer in Test

A financial institution in London are looking for a Developer in Test to join them on a contract basis. To do this role, you will need to have Automation Testing experience in a C# environment.

This role is based in London, on an initial 6 month contract and flexible daily rates.

Responsibilities

* Helping define, document and maintain approach to all aspects of testing

* Development and maintenance of software tools and frameworks to assist in automated testing

* Writing of automated tests for all levels of testing from unit to system

* Supporting developers in their writing of automated tests at all levels

* Developing tests for non-functional aspects such as performance

* Capture, review and reporting of testing metrics including coverage, reliability and effectiveness

* On-going review of testing and providing recommendations for continual improvement

Experience

* Experience of automation testing in a C# environment

* Strong serverside C# (C#, WCF, WPF, multithreading, SQL)

* 2:1 degree classification at university

* Financial Services experience is highly beneficial
