Project Manager / Business Analyst

Location: Leeds

Rate: £500 p/day

Term: 12 months

Start: Immediate / ASAP

Project Manager / Business Analyst by the UK's leading utilities company. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a new, complex workflow management tool for call centre advisors. This will encompass the scoping, planning and quality management to time and budget. You'll work with business stakeholders to develop a robust Bid Document and Business Case including a benefits realisation plan and KPIs, liaising with third parties and managing project progress.

As a Project Manager / Business Analyst you'll mainly be based from the Leeds office with some travel required to Leicester, Cardiff and Scotland during the requirements phase particularly.

Requirements:

*Strong Project Manager / Business Analyst experience including stakeholder management, change management, strategic thinking, decision making and communication facilitation

*Ideally you will have some knowledge of utilities markets / call centre operations / knowledge management solutions

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting
