Premier Edinburgh IT Support company looking to add you to its winning team.

They have an opening for hard working, crazily enthusiastic, challenge orientated, support technicians to join a like minded team of IT superstars. Great clients, great team, great prospects.

You will be part of the support team, delivering quality first and second line technical services for first-time and escalated tickets. You may also need to attend on site when delivery of services or new systems requires an in-person presence. You will be the professional "face" of the organisation.

Naturally, you have already worked in delivering 1st line IT for at least 1 year in a Managed Service environment, you will have delivered first class customer service on a daily basis, and what you don't know about Microsoft products isn't worth talking about. Oh... and you also are pretty solid with the stuff from those Apple boys.

Office365 and Servers don't daunt you, they excite you. Impossible deadlines? "Bring it on!" I hear you say. You love to deliver service beyond expectations.
