Job Title: HR Business Analyst - Fieldglass
Daily Rate: Up to £400
Start Date: ASAP
Length of Assignment - 6 Months
Location: Macclesfield
The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst specialising with Fieldglass for an exciting 6 month contract based in Macclesfield. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the following areas:
Business Analyst (3 years exp)
Strong expertise in Fieldglass systems
Project Management
Strong consulting skills
Process Mapping (e.g Visio)
The ideal candidate will have exposure to HCM systems e.g. (Workday, SAP etc) however all candidates will be considered for the role.
Day to Day responsibilities
*Support the functional lead in documenting country business requirements and working with Workstream leads in documenting impacts in their areas
*Update the ADF Requirements Traceability Matrix
*Provide functional support for testing and updating quick reference guides and training materials where required
*Produce/maintain process maps and work instructions
*Identify process improvement areas working with the functional and technical leads
*Identify risks/issues that may impact project delivery
*Contribute to the overall project plan and produce status reports where required
*Demo the FG solution where required
