Graduate Business Analyst - Almondsbury, Bristol

A Graduate Business Analyst is required for an international aviation organisation based in Almondsbury, Bristol. You would be part of the solution delivery team working on the requirements gathering and design of IT and business applications. Working for a leading engineering and aviation organisation, you will have a diverse number of career options as you develop.

Key duties in the role:

* Gathering and understanding business requirements and turning them into technical specifications

* Documenting business requirements and work with the business to streamline processes

* Actively engage with both the Business and Suppliers to facilitate improvements

* Work in partnership with the Application teams as well as Architects, Project Managers and Application Specialists

* Working in a project and bid environment

* Ensure continuous improvement of the design process and documentation

Requirements for the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business/IT (or similar degree) graduate looking to begin their career in business analysis. It would also suit someone who has recently begun their IT/analysis career and is looking to focus more around business analysis in a large organisation.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential

* Relevant degree or qualifications highly desirable
