Senior Business Analyst to provide a vital function bridging the gap between business and technology to ensure business needs are translated clearly and to a level of detail to be consumed by technical delivery teams

As a Senior Business Analyst you will need to set the agenda and drive discussions. This position will be focused on a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) project using Microsoft Dynamics technology.

Major Areas of Responsibility

* Quality - monitor and validate consistent use of templates and ensure deliverables are consistently of a high quality * Definition and Design - facilitate workshops to evolve scope, gather detailed requirements, develop Features and User Stories and begin visualising the end result, using standard tools and techniques. Must be able to maintain the 'big picture' view of requirements to ensure all requirements artefacts combine into a cohesive end-to-end solution.

* Delivery and Deployment -provide clarification regarding scope and requirements. Work closely with the programme architecture team to align requirements with High- and Low-Level Design artefacts. Provide input to testing teams for planning and delivery of suitable test scripts.

* Use templates, tools and processes consistently.

* Develop and maintain a good relationship with business stakeholders * Liaise closely with other projects within the programme to maintain the integrity of the end to end solution

Essential Skills and Experience

* Proven experience as a Senior business analyst.

* Strong experience in business analysis techniques, such as gathering requirements through interviews and workshops, or modelling processes and user stories.

* Demonstrable experience of working in a CRM delivery environment * Strong stakeholder management, with confidence to challenge preconceptions of outcomes and solutions.

* Experience of Microsoft Dynamics online

Desired Skills and Experience

* A good understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies * Proficient with business analysis tools and Microsoft Office products * Experience of working in a multi-vendor environment

- Minimum 3 years Senior BA experience
