Length: Initial 6 Months

Rate: £350-450 daily

My client is seeking to hire a contract Business Analyst with strong business change experience (not Digital).

My client isn't a consultancy; this is an end client doing some really exciting work In the new year as they look to make some major changes to the way the business operates which they want you to be part of!

They are not looking for someone to come in and try find/implement a solution to the project at hand, they want someone to come in with an unbiased and neutral view who will complete the business analyst requirements to a high standard so they can then make the appropriate changes going forward.

You will have some support during this project at points however for the most part, you will be expected to work on your own, reporting directly to the company director so it is vital that you can work under your own initiative and hit the ground running.

Skills required:

-Experience documenting process flows

-Requirements gathering

-Reporting Skills

-Able to liaise with all areas of IT and business process owners to implement the appropriate analysis and elicitation procedures.

-Financial and compliance experience

-Working out the to-be process

-CRM experience

-Experience mapping of end to end processes

-Strong stakeholder management skills

-Ability to gather business requirement documents

-Minimum of 3 years' experience as a business analyst

-Ecommerce experience

-Lean Six Sigma

Examples Required

-Provide examples of mapping workshops and outputs

-Provide examples of process improvement activities and outputs

-Provide examples of business requirements gathering and documentation

-Provide examples where you worked under your own initiative and in a small team to deliver the above
