PHP Web Developer / £200 per day / 6 months

An opportunity has come around for a PHP Web Developer to take up a 6 month contract to work with a small and friendly team of marketing and creative professionals. You will be working as part of a team developing an exciting and industry changing web application for the insurance industry.

Key Skill Requirements:

Demonstrable experience with:

* Strong understanding of PHP/MYSQL back-end development.

* Knowledge of PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter, Laravel).

* Responsive design (familiar with frameworks and writing custom media queries)

* Knowledge of version control systems, specifically Git.

* Understanding of UX/UI interaction

* Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON.

* Experience of task runners (Grunt, Gulp etc)

* Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail

* An excellent communicator and collaborator

* Detail-oriented in context of a fast-paced environment

* Capable of hitting daily deadlines
