Excellent role on offer for an Estimator looking to join a leading fit out company, where you will have a fundamental part in the delivery of projects and help drive the company's success.

Are you an Estimator from a Commercial background? Do you want the autonomy to grow and develop a pivotal part of the business?

This company specialise in commercial fit outs for a number of Blue Chip clients such as; Nike, Top Shop, Aesop and Red Bull. They offer a range of services from carpentry and joinery to 3D Design and Project Management. Due to their continual success and growth they require an Estimator to join their expert team.

In this role you will be required to work from CAD drawings to produce pricing estimates, cost plans, cash flow forecasting and project valuations. You will work closely alongside the Project Management teams to ensure each project is delivered as effectively as possible. You will have the autonomy to implement any necessary changes and truly make this role your own.

This role will ideally suit an Estimator from a commercial or construction background that is looking for a creative and ambitious company, that will you give you free reigns to make the role your own.

The Role:

* Providing accurate pricing estimates for a variety of projects

* Liaising with Engineers and Project Managers

* Ensuring customer deadlines are met

* £40'000 - £50'000 + Training + Pension + Progression

* An Estimator from a commercial background

* Looking to put their mark on a role

* Must live commutable to Deptford
