We are seeking a very experienced and capable construction Tender Planner/ Senior Planner that is willing to work (and ideally lives) in Surrey. You will need to have tendered for and managed plans for large scale residential projects (£100m+), and taken the successful lead on these tenders and plans.

Our client is a major construction business, with a strong order book and a fantastic name in the industry. Their current projects are mainly residential projects, but they also have hotels and retails projects in the pipeline.

We can secure you a 12 month contract for this business, but there is longer-term security and the client is open to engaging you on a permanent basis.
