Oracle CX Technical Consultant

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 6 Months

Location: Croydon

Spring Technology are currently working with a large consultancy for a role to be based in Croydon, looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible. The client are looking for the successful candidate to hold current SC Clearance or above, this will be hugely advantageous due to an immediate start.

The role

The successful candidate will be able to assist in defining and reviewing the technical requirements for an Oracle Service Cloud application, which will include security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. You will also be responsible for owning the creation of technical solution blueprints and designs.

Skills required for the role:

· Oracle Service Cloud Customer Portal Development - PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS page design

· Service Cloud widget customisation (Model View Controller PHP)

· Service Cloud Custom processes (PHP)

· Service Cloud Desktop Add-Ins (.NET)

· Service Cloud Connect web services for integration with HCM, ERP (PHP)

· Oracle Knowledge Foundation Platform
