Proteus Europe is searching for a speaking Dutch Change Manager available to from January in a contract for one of our clients in Belgium

Your New role :-

The change manager is responsible for the elaboration of a change action plan that brings about awareness, behavioral change and mindset in accordance with the objective set down in the context of business transformation.

He or she is prepared to use the usual methods and methods of the Company, but also provides new insights.

He / she is willing to cooperate with all stakeholders, even if they are external employees for the company who belong to a company other than his / hers.

The change expert understands the business strategy and provides the communication to inform, engage and align the parties involved.

He / she integrates training and training in the process where necessary.

He / she realizes that changes require more than training and communication.

He or she has a collaborative profile, through which he can come to collaborations across the departments of the company. He has insight into the functioning of programs and projects in addition to the pure - change- expertise.

The change expert understands the importance of a mindset change and supervises all the stakeholders of the program.

Technical context

- Develops the change and communication strategy and records this in the change and communication action plan.

- Is an expert in relationship management and advises the program members on the communication within the company.

- Gives shape to communication, and seeks the best communication channels. Provides insights into strategic and tactical communications and implementation throughout the company.

- Creates a support base within the organization for the future change.

- Reports on the change in a structured manner, with clear measurement points in relation to the objectives to be achieved.

- Monitor the methodological approach to the changes he has to guide.

- Is an excellent facilitator.

Business context

The company is currently working on various innovative technological developments that will have an important impact on the processes and working methods within the organization.

As an example of the evolutions we mention the introduction of the digital meter, renewed market processes, future-oriented asset management and the upgrade of the mobile applications.

In order to be able to implement these developments successfully, the comapny needs needs additional expertise and competence in the area of ..guiding change processes.

The candidate will integrate into the company Change management team that manages the global change portfolio and from there is assigned to a specific project (s).

Your Skills and Qualifications :-

Essential Skills :-

- Prosci

-Excel

-Prince2 and related project and program methodology

- communication tailored to the target group (understandable language, correct sentence structure)

-attractive presentations in PowerPoint

-Proven experience in working in large companies (preferably in the utilities sector)
