An excellent role on offer for a structural engineer to join a market leading consultancy, where you will be developed in to a Senior Structural Engineer/Team Leader position.

Are you an experienced structural engineer with a strong background in design looking to take the next step in your career? Do you want to work in a varied role with full accountability for both project, staff and client management?

Established nearly 50 years ago, this specialist civil and structural engineering consultancy has grown continually and currently has live projects in 10 countries. They are looking for a Structural Engineer after previous Engineers moved abroad to meet expansion needs and were promoted to senior positions.

This role would ideally suit an ambitious Structural Engineer, who is looking to join a company that will support your next step in your career. There is a management development program including courses to upskill the non-technical aspects of the job such as client handling and project management.

The Role:

* Leading design teams and projects

* Dealing with client requirements

* Financial management of projects

* Carrying out calculations

* Clear progression routes

* Support to become Chartered

The Person:

* Experience in steel and/or concrete structure design

* Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering

* Must have excellent organisation and communication skills

* Must be looking to progress your career

* Must live locally to Chelmsford or seriously looking to relocate to the area
