IT Manager

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE

This is an exciting opportunity for a full time IT Manager to join a fast growing financial technology company. This company is the largest Personal Insolvency Company in the UK. They have a dynamic, forward thinking approach to recruitment and training, resulting in some of the most skilled people in the market.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the IT & Facilities Director

- Manage the support team and helpdesk to ensure issues are being dealt with and resolved promptly and efficiently

- Monitor all IT systems and plan proactive maintenance to ensure smooth running.

- Plan and execute moves and changes to suit business needs

- Manage and regularly update, as necessary, the company's technical procedures.

- Manage and update as required the Company's disaster recovery systems

- Responsible for the support of all desktop, server, VoIP and mobile telephony infrastructure and software

Key Skills and Experience:

- A modern and customer focused attitude towards support

- Possess strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Logical problem solver who enjoys finding solutions to complex problems
