Senior Network Consultant (Support Cisco Routing Switching CCNP ITIL). Leading technology service provider in the financial space is seeking a hands on Senior Network Consultant to design, maintain and deliver Cisco solutions to the company's clients, continuing their success as a market leader and exceptional service provider. This Senior Network Consultant role will suit a talented individual who loves using their advanced technology leadership skills to tackle technically challenging problems and provide first class solutions.

As a Senior Network Consultant you will be working within an ITIL environment alongside the Technical Management and Consultancy team. You will understand that excellent service is key to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and therefore you will work to fully understand a client's needs and advise them appropriately. You will handle the highest level of escalation for network related incidents and requests, using your advanced knowledge of a number of networking areas and modern technologies. This is a broad role, encompassing a number of responsibilities such as; creating designs within an infrastructure architecture framework, researching new technologies and mentoring junior Network staff.

Requirements:

*Strong Cisco skills

*Experience of Routing, Switching, Network Collaboration, Network Security and Infrastructure

*Solid understanding of a range of technologies

*Previously worked in a client facing role

*CCNP, CCDP or CCIE certified

*Exceptional communication skills

*Previous experience in a team lead role
