Test Manager / QA Test Manager / Coventry / up to £55k + benefitsA market leading Coventry based financial software organisation are looking for new Test Manager / QA Test Manager. Joining an already well established software team you will be responsible for managing a team of both test leads and testers.Given the nature of this role you must have knowledge of UK Mortgage Products.Responsibilities:

'€¢Managing teams of tests leads and testers'€¢Creating and defining test plans'€¢Enhancing regression test packages'€¢Defining and reviewing improvements to the testing process'€¢Line management and developing the existing test team'€¢Developing a test team

 Experience:

'€¢Understanding and use of SQL'€¢Desktop testing'€¢Understanding or experience of automation testing'€¢Stakeholder management'€¢ISTQB / ISA certification'€¢Knowledge or experience of financial systems
