£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Car allowance + 23 days Holiday + Pension

Are you a Project Manager with extensive building services experience looking to join a growing company undertaking a variety of large projects?

Do you want to take on an autonomous and challenging role offering you the chance to be highly involved in some ground-breaking projects for clients across a wide variety of industries?

This company are renowned throughout their industry for providing high quality building services to their clients from a range of industries including, but not limited to, pharmaceutical, life-sciences, biotechnology and aerospace. They have grown extensively over the past few years and they now require a Senior Project Manager to join their recently opened office in Sheffield and become a crucial part of a new team.

In this role you will be tasked with managing projects from conception to completion, overseeing finances, managing design elements and providing a great service to clients and customers. There will also be site visits to attend across your designated region.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification and have previously managed all facets of M&E projects throughout their career.

The role:

*Managing projects from concept to completion

*Working closely with design teams

*Site visits

*Financial planning

The person:

*Extensive M&E Project Management experience

*Relevant qualification (HND/HNC or above)

*Financial experience

*Full UK Driving License
